Polyurethane Panel (PU Panels)

Polyurethane panels come in various sizes and surfaces materials depending on your requirements.

The polyurethane insulation is injected under pressure and precise conditions between two layers of surface materials held securedly between a high-strength press.

The standard density of our polyurethane panel is 45 kg/m3 ± 5% with a K value of 0.016 w/m C. Other density of panel can be produced upon request.

Polystyrene Panel (PS Panels)

Pre-cut polystyrene panels are bonded to two facing layers by continuous process of spraying a omega replica polymerizing adhesive and rolling between rollers at a high speed resulting in the highest quality panels.

The standard density of our polystyrene panel is 16kg/m3 ± 5% with a K value of 0.036 w/m C.

The choice of panel thickness, width, length and surface materials are indicated in the following chart.
